IMV 1,000 tons, eccentric press with transfer line

We process steel, aluminum, stainless steel and spring steel.

For this process, we use eccentric presses, hydraulic and press brake presses.

Maximum pressing force, 1,000 tonnes for a 1,700 x 4,000 table size

Automatically-running punching lines (automatic punching presses) with electronic roll feeds and transfer devices are used in eccentric presses.

Here we manufacture almost exclusively using progressive tools with pressing forces between 100 and 1,000 tons. Tables are up to 4,000 mm long and 1,700 mm wide.

Furthermore, we have eccentric presses from 30 to 250 tonnes, where the tools are equipped by hand. Table sizes range up to 1,500 mm.

Hydraulic presses include inlaid presses only. Here we manufacture molded and drawn parts with or without drawing cushions using pressing forces from 60 tonnes to 630 tonnes on table widths up to 2,500 mm.
