We have two 3D laser systems with a rating of 4 KW each. It is processed on 2 tables each, which are 2 meters wide. This allows for one side to be prepared while laser processing is carried out on the other one.
We mainly process small batches on these systems, occasionally prototypes as well. Trimmings and holes from plates that have already been reshaped are inserted into the components.
We process the following material thicknesses:
- for steel up to 12 mm
- for stainless steel up to 12 mm
- for aluminum up to 5 mm
- for spring steel up to 12 mm
