2D-Laser technology

For the production of flat metal sheets in small series we have 2 systems, each featuring a 4 KW laser. This is how we process the following material thicknesses:

• for steel up to 25 mm
• for stainless steel up to 12 mm
• for aluminum up to 10 mm
• for spring steel up to 12 mm

We use tables that are up to 1,500 mm x 3,000 mm. They are each located in compact towers with 15 pallets. The latter are automatically transported for manufacturing on the working surface.

We produce borders on lasered plates on our press brakes with 220 tonnes of press force.
